I’m Sarah, Clinical Specialist, lecturer and trainer with over 25 years’ experience supporting SLTs working with complex feeding and swallowing difficulties in babies and children. I offer practical, compassionate supervision rooted in current best practice.

I offer thoughtful, practical supervision and CPD support for SLTs working with eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties - especially in babies, young children, and young people with learning disabilities. Whether you’re working toward RCSLT 2025 dysphagia competencies or navigating complex cases, I’ll help you build confidence, clinical reasoning, and ethical clarity.
