Booking and terms:
Payment is taken in full prior to your session or block. Sessions can be rearranged with 48 hours’ notice. Packages are non-refundable but fully transferable to new dates within six months if you need to pause or rebook.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, sometimes the first session may be a little longer.

Yes! Hypnotherapy and IEMT can be very effective in reducing fears and phobic responses to a whole range of things from heights, to spiders, to vomiting or needles.
The reasons behind each person’s phobic response will be different so the approach will be tailored to your individual needs.
