I usually recommend starting with a short, structured package rather than open-ended sessions. A 4-session online package offers enough time for meaningful change while keeping the work focused and contained. Sessions are tailored to you, paced carefully, and reviewed as we go. There is no obligation to continue beyond this unless it feels right.

Fees and booking

I work using a short, structured package rather than open-ended sessions. This helps keep the work focused, supportive, and contained.

A 4-session package is £480 in total. This includes:

  • four online sessions

  • personalised, paced work using IEMT and hypnotherapy as appropriate

  • review and adjustment as we go

Booking and terms:

Payment is taken in full prior to your sessions commencing. Sessions can be rearranged with 48 hours’ notice. Packages are non-refundable but fully transferable to new dates within six months if you need to pause or rebook.

  • Yes! Hypnotherapy and IEMT can be very effective in reducing fears and phobic responses to a whole range of things from heights, to spiders, to vomiting or needles.

    The reasons behind each person’s phobic response will be different so the approach will be tailored to your individual needs.
